La p?rdida de peso es la misma da igual el n?mero de horas que descanses, pero no la cantidad de grasas que tu cuerpo consume.

Otro de los consejos que alguno ya conocemos, es beber dos vasos de agua antes de comer, ayuda a perder peso ya que tu est?mago se siente lleno. De igual forma, comer delante de la televisi?n o de un ordenador aumenta nuestro apetito y comemos de forma m?s descontrolada.

No hacer bajo ning?n concepto la famosa Dieta Dukan; la Asociaci?n Espa?ola de Dietistas y Nutricionistas han desaconsejado de forma encarecida la utilizaci?n de esta ya que no hay pruebas que demuestren que una mayor ingesta de prote?nas ayude a perder peso, adem?s de poner en riesgo nuestra salud al no alimentarnos de forma adecuada.

Tener voluntad

Cuando llega la hora de hacer dieta, uno de los problemas es no cometer peque?os "pecadillos" que echen a perder nuestro plan. Para afianzar nuestra voluntad, cambiar h?bitos o peque?os rituales que podemos hacer sin apenas darnos cuenta, ayuda a ese reforzamiento. De igual forma, exponerse a la tentaci?n nos ayuda a ser m?s fuertes. De igual forma, realizar cinco comidas al d?a en menor cantidad nos ayuda, debido a que los niveles de glucosa en sangre disminuyen y hace que nuestro autocontrol se reduzca.

?Nos ayuda dejar de desayunar?

Seg?n la revista Nutrition Journal, "las personas comen los mismo a la hora del almuerzo y cenan la misma cantidad independientemente de si han desayunado mucho o poco". Lo que s? resulta ?til es elegir ciertos alimentos para el desayuno como pan y cereales y prote?nas como los huevos. Saltarse el desayuno no nos ayuda ni a rendir m?s, ni a adelgazar.

 Dieta y colesterol

El colesterol es un problema que en los ?ltimos tiempos nos ata?e a casi todos, debido a una alimentaci?n incorrecta rica en grasas y az?cares, elementos que derivan en sobrepeso y problemas cardiovasculares en la mayor?a de los casos. Por tanto, deber?amos modificar nuestros h?bitos y volver en cierta manera a la dieta mediterr?nea, la cual aporta los nutrientes necesarios para un correcto desarrollo de nuestras actividades, pero al mismo tiempo evita que sobrecarguemos el organismo con calor?as extra. En las ?ltimas tres d?cadas se ha puesto de manifiesto que los pa?ses de la zona mediterr?nea tienen un porcentaje un tanto menor que el resto del mundo en la tasa de mortalidad producida por infartos de miocardio y c?ncer. Al estudiar el motivo de este descenso en ciertas enfermedades descubrieron que la dieta alimenticia que ten?an estos pa?ses era fundamental. As? Espa?a, Italia, Francia o Grecia tienen algunos elementos en com?n que la hacen m?s saludable que otro tipo de dietas. A partir de la toma de conciencia de estas diferencias los cient?ficos fueron buscando y perfilando lo que m?s tarde se conocer?a como ?dieta mediterr?nea?. Pasta, arroz, verduras, legumbres, fruta, aceite de oliva, poca carne y mucho pescado, pan integral y especies tales como el ajo, el or?gano, la pimienta y el buen vino.

Obesity in children
